Our Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward any form of sexual harassment and are dedicated to preventing, prohibiting, and addressing such conduct in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).

Our POSH Policy

Our POSH Policy aims to:

What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment may include, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome physical contact or advances.
  • Requests or demands for sexual favors.
  • Sexually colored remarks, jokes, or comments.
  • Display or sharing of inappropriate content.
  • Verbal, non-verbal, or written conduct of a sexual nature.
  • Any behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

In compliance with the POSH Act, Vashist Manpower Pvt. Ltd. has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address complaints related to workplace sexual harassment.

The ICC is responsible for:

  • Receiving and reviewing complaints.
  • Conducting fair and impartial inquiries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Recommending appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Complaint & Redressal Process

Employees who experience or witness inappropriate behavior are encouraged to report the matter promptly.

Our grievance redressal process ensures:

  • Timely investigation and resolution.

Awareness & Training
